Linda Petrucelli is an American essayist and flash fiction writer whose minimalist style and lyricism distinguish her prose. Her story, “Figure Eight on the Waves,” won first place in the WOW! Women on Writing Fall 2018 Flash Fiction Contest. Her essay, “Countdown,” placed runner-up in the Santa Clara Review 2021 Flash Nonfiction Contest. Linda’s essays have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net. She is also a 2022 finalist in the Bellingham Review’s Annie Dillard CNF contest.
